    Me too and thanks.
  • Social services and the police need to get involved.

When the baby is born demand a DNA test.

This is heartbreaking. It might be worth telling her that your brother's disabilities aren't hereditary the scheming cow was probably banking some extra money for a disabled kid. (please no one take offence at this, parent's of disabled children deserve all the help they can get)
It might be worth speaking to someone at social services or the local police station, it does sound like grooming. I hope you can get some help & support but I'm afraid their hands may be tied re the consent issue. I wonder if Mencap or Enable if you are in Scotland (isn't enable a better name?) might be able to offer some advice. Good luck.

I would get a DNA test when the babies born then get your brother to contact a solicitor to arrange access and what money he is going to pay should the baby be his.

I wouldnt be getting social services involved or anything like that - think what's done is done now and you brother is going to need to concetrate on being a father.
This baby is your neice/nephew after all and is part of your family
Would you want your niece or nephew brought up by a woman like that?
I do understand where you are coming from but this sounds abusive to me not just an older woman younger man romance.

You have no idea what she's like. Do you know her?

Oh come on, the fact that she's willing to coerce a 15 year old with learning disabilities into sex doesn't exactly suggest she's an upstanding citizen.

Social Services absolutely do need to be involved, imagine if she applied for a job in a secondary school or a children's home. She's clearly a danger to vulnerable children and young adults.
