How long do you boil old potatoes for to make them for potato salad? I usually do 30 mins for mash will this be too much? Also do you cube them first?

Please does anyone know how long I can keep cooked chicken breast (cut into chunks before cooking) in the fridge?

    It's been 2/3 days...can I still eat it?
    Thank you!

Three days would be my limit with chicken so I'd eat it sooner rather than later.

You can cube them first or cook whole potatoes and cut them into chunks afterwards.

If you cube them first then cook them less than you normally would for mash or they'll turn to mush. Keep an eye on them and when they're 'almost ready' is the time to take them out and make the potato salad.
