    Hi,
Have bought a load of beef from the butcher and bought both stewing steak and chuck steak...I have no idea what the difference is...

It looks like the stewing beef is in chunks but I don't think the chuck steak is...
    Could someone help me out???

Stewing Steak is usual, shin, leg, neck and requires long slow cooking for best results, I usually bung it in the slow cooker and it comes out beautiful.

Chuck Steak is another name for Braising Steak which doesn't need as long so can be braised, stewed or casseroled in the oven or again in the slow cooker.

Yes both will freeze okay. I often freeze slices of left-over meat and batch cook curries but make sure you re-heat it properly when cooking later.

Just turned DS's fave white T-shirt pink round the bottom - it has a tiny red trim which has bled into the surrounding fabric. I must have had the temp too hot as I've washed it loads of times before OK. It also has a pattern on the front so I'm a bit worried about bleach. Any good tips please? Thanks

You could try color run remover, but it does tend to fade colours so your red trim may end up pink

Does anyone have any tips for removing chewing gum from a sweater. My friend has tried putting the sweater in the freezer but this has not had any effect. Thanks

You could try pure alchohol. The chemist used to sell it, but they will ask you what you want it for.

Yes that's the right one, the 'white' vinegar is clear in appearance.
