It wasn't your fault - it's the system software somehow.

    Sorry about that.

    No problem :)

As the title suggests (in the limited space available) the first post contains links to what might be called "specialist" quick questions threads. They're a bit easier to find out if there's a previous question in them that can answer your own.

    HTH :)

    Hi,

I wasn't sure if this belonged in the cleaning thread, cos it's about laundry, but here goes: Someone on here mentioned using essential oils in with the wash. I'd really like to know how you did that, cos I'm worried about getting little oil droplets on the clothes!

    Ta muchly,

I don't do this myself, but the suggestions I've seen most often on the board are...
    • When using vinegar as fabric conditioner - add a few drops of an essential oil of your choice
    • Place a few drops of oil on a sheet of kitchen towel and put it in the tumble drier.
In neither case have I seen any posts about the oil staining clothes.

I sometimes put essential oils in my wash. I just put a few drops in the drawer with the washing powder, it's so diluted in the wash that I've never had a problem with staining.

Then again I often put a drop of lavender oil on my pillow or sheet and I've never noticed a stain there either.

I've never seen this posted as a tip, or a recipe instruction. And google is no help either.
