there are two ornamental crab apple trees in our street, there are loads of apples but quite small, can i use them for apple jelly?

my mum used to get the crab apples from ornamental trees at the school she worked at and made jelly with them

hi i'm hoping you can save me...i put my hubbys ju-jit-su suit and sons white shirts in the wash with a blue top the top has been washed several times and never ran so i thought it would be ok ...but they all came out blue yikes i have tried re-washing them with a tiny bit of bleach in the machine but no luck any advice ? thanks

Hi elantan,

Dylon's colour run remover is probably your best bet. I've seen it in Tesco and Woolworths.

I am attempted to knitt this cardigan after another o/ser put it on the board. I have just cast on and looking at the instructions. What does .."when peice measures 8 and 14cm..." mean???

Back: Cast on loosely 56-62-68-76-86 sts with 2 strands brown + 1 strand light blue. Take away 1 strand brown and knit garter st to finished measurements. When the piece measures 8 and 14 cm dec 1 st at each side
