    Have a 'sniff' tomorrow when you open it, ican't imagine it would go off just 12 hours after the use by date.

    I've eaten houmous a couple of days out of date before and found it fine. It's just vegetables isn't it?

    I have used Houmous a day or two after its best before date and it was absolutely fine.

  • Apparently the saying 'Every little helps' was traditionally followed by the words 'as the old lady said as she [EMAIL="pe@d"]pe£d[/EMAIL] in the sea' , now whenever I go to visit Mr T I think of that and have a crafty laugh at his expense !
