Dear BargainGalore,
Wow! What a welcoming non-judgemental post you left me, truly inviting.
1) I have made two review posts based upon the two review hits that I viewed prior to making my purchase. As I said in my post, the reason for creating these reviews was to even out some of the negative reviews given that I had received good service. I did point out that I'd been concerned due to lack of confirmation but that the goods arrived quickly.
2) So I posted 4 years ago. Yep, well spotted, and? In that case I had an issue filing returns and was concerned that a software company I was relying on wasn't going to reply within my narrowing timescales. If you bother to check BOTH of my posts you'd see they did. It's a shame you didn't take a bit longer checking my profile before putting the boot in and questioning my integrity. It is easy to be a keyboard warrior and suggest ill intent of someone when not face to face. I thought the purpose of this site was to pass on information good as well as bad so that users can be aware and make reasoned choice. With an account as experienced as yours I would have hoped you could have looked at my account as I have yours and seen that I haven't had any posts taken down.
I have no idea why you would post like this out of the blue on a thread, I would have expected a seasoned user with common sense to have sent me a PM at the very least, then if they had concerns perhaps make a comment instead of assuming and suggesting that I am not being truthful. I didn't 'bump' the thread, I posted a current feedback based on my recent experience. 'Bumping' is just that, 'Bump' or a word, or anything just to get a thread back to the front. Not a lengthy post giving a balanced review.
Here are my other two posts only one of which you could find, you owe me an apology.

I am in the same boat, I am in two minds now, whether to ride it out or just buy some other software and demand a refund.
BUT most of all I am livid with HMRC for introducing such a complex...0 -
