I too have been bitten by the Groupon offer. . I placed my order on the 17th Nov 2011, I was told I would receive my lights between 1st -15th Dec. . nothing, then I was emailed with the 'Sorry for the delay" and heres 20% off . .pah. . idiots. Anyway, I am still waiting and have sent on average 10 emails to LED lightzone and 15 to Groupon, asking for a manager to contact me. . still nothing, I will be taking this to Trading Standards on monday. . will update accordantly.

i have not recieved my order of g10 led bulbs either.i bought them on the 14th november.i had the same e-mail saying they were waiting for a new shipment and would recieve by the 6th of january,well that day has come and gone.ive e-mailed groupon and ledlights but am hittin my head against the wall.. Can i get my money back from groupon?? i payed by paypal... thx steve.

I got nowhere until I raised a dispute with my credit card provider and got a refund by return. I would suggest you might want to do the same?

had another e-mail saying they were posting them out by the 19th of january and would recieve them by the end of the month.(getting on for nearly 3 months,you could make them quicker)guess ill give them one more chance with bated breath.i was going to contact paypal but it is outside the 45 day time frame so dont know where i stand as i payed by debit card.ill keep you posted....

You have left it too long to raise a dispute with Paypal. If and when you get the lights, I hope you think they are better than I did.

I've given up with this awful company and am bombarding Groupon's facebook page to complain about this and their flying inflatable fish offer which turned out to be counterfeit....groupon deals!!?? More like groupon rip-offs!!

The idea of group purchase is great. It is a shame, Groupon does not check out their partners before advertising the deal or accept responsibility for poor service.

I also ordered some LED GU10 replacement bulbs on 16th November 2011.
LED lightzone sent 2 emails advising that delivery would be late. Since January they have not communicated with me.

I have emailed them several times and never received a response.

I phoned them around 2 weeks ago to be told 29000 bulbs had arrived and I would receive mine by the end of that week. They never arrived

I phoned them again today to be told 19000 bulbs had arrived and they were operating a queueing system and I would receive mine by the end of the week. I asked the guy on the phone that if they were operating a queue how could he be certain that I would get mine as he had not asked for my name....... His reply was that I would get them by the end of this week!

I asked why LED lightzone has not replied to my emails - he told me their server had been down for a day or two. I asked why my emails from early Feb were not answered, he changed his mind and said that was now around the time the server failed. He waffled something when I asked about earlier emails that were not answered.....

In my opinion LED lightzone have acted very unprofessionally and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have contacted Groupon but am yet to receive a reply - from articles such as this one, Groupon must be aware of the situation with LED lightzone, yet I believe they still allow this company to advertise on their site:mad:

Hopefully the bulbs will arrive soon

I placed my order for solar lights using my Groupon vouchers on 13th December 2011. I have been fobbed off , lied to and had many broken promises. I have e mailed them many times without reply and also telephoned them numerous times. Their telephone is now switching through to answerphone straightaway or just cutting me off . I paid by Paypal and am outside the time limit. Is anyone else still waiting for these liars to deliver orders ?
I am trying Groupon again but would like to do more to give this company bad press. It seems the reviews are restricted to this forum. Does anyone know how I can do this. I dont believe I will ever get my lights from this rubbish firm:(.
