I too have been bitten by the Groupon offer. . I placed my order on the 17th Nov 2011, I was told I would receive my lights between 1st -15th Dec. . nothing, then I was emailed with the 'Sorry for the delay" and heres 20% off . .pah. . idiots. Anyway, I am still waiting and have sent on average 10 emails to LED lightzone and 15 to Groupon, asking for a manager to contact me. . still nothing, I will be taking this to Trading Standards on monday. . will update accordantly.

Guys you can still claim via a little known scheme called
visa chargeback (even if you used a debit card) as long as you used a visa card. The time limit is 120 days,
I just raised a chargeback claim today with my bank. I am 3 days inside the 120 days. I have emailed groupon they keep saying
they ware awaiting a response from LED lightzone, forget them
just get on to your bank.

It took me 14 weeks and several increasingly irate emails - but about a week after I sent an email threatening trading standards, my bulbs arrived.
I will NEVER use groupon again. They don't check the sellers can deliver.

Ordered Lights from LEDLightszone on 11.1.12. Delivery estimate was 9th 16th Feb. Guess what - nothing has arrived.
Company ignoring my numerous emails, I did manage to speak to someone on the phone who told me of a delay of a week which I accepted. Guess what - nothing has arrived.
On 24th Feb got this:
"Due to one of our suppliers letting us down, we have regrettably experienced delays in supplying the solar garden light offer that was advertised on Groupon.
We offer our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience. The product will be distributed on week commencing 12th March. We assure you that you will get your product. We are currently implementing new processes to ensure we offer our customers the highest service.
If you have any questions please ring us on: 0115 924 8163 or email admin@ledlightszone.co.uk."

Bulbs finally arrived today after I phoned yesterday and requested a full refund.
4 MONTHS LATER ALMOST TO THE DAY FROM WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER!!!
Appauling customer service from both LEDlightzone and groupon. Constantly just fob you off with excuses. When I called LEDlightzone For the third time (following 4 previous mails promising delivery on variou occasions) they weren't able to ...
-Tell me when my product would be delivered (apparently a different team in a different office, they offered to call me back which they did not)
-put me through to their refund team (apparently a different team in a different office, they offered to call me back which they did not)
-let me speak to the manager (apparently on their lunch break at 3pm)
Dismal offering- if you are still awaiting delivery i would demand to the order with groupon immediately - LEDlightzone are con men in my book.0 -
I wish I had seen this thread before I ordered! I went through Groupon to order fairy lights on the 10th January. The estimated delivery date was in February, which came and went. I phoned Ledlightszone and was told they were in the middle of composing an email, which arrived 2 weeks later, saying they would be dispatched week commencing 12 March. Nothing. I emailed them. Nothing. I tried phoning and got a voicemail. I left a message. Nothing. I tried phoning again - the voicemail is full!I tried the live help on their website. No operator is available. I have contacted Groupon, who are putting in a non-received goods claim. No idea what good that will do. I paid by paypal, but now after waiting for a promised delivery, their dispute time is up. (Very clever, Ledlightszone).
I will never use Groupon again. I have already had a canvas print, which was a present for my mother, turn up very late, just after she died, and 2 watches that don't keep time!
Edit - I have just got through to Ledlightszone on their sales number, I have been promised a refund. Watch this space!Always look on the bright side of life ....la la la la la la la la0 -
Got my money refunded through Paypal, and have unsubscribed to Groupon, but got an email today from YouFrame, apologising about the canvas I ordered last year, and offering me a discount on another order. I think not!Always look on the bright side of life ....la la la la la la la la0

Please be careful using this company. They are quick to take payment but slow to deliver and do not answer phone or respond to e mail if you have a problem.
FYI:
I purchased LED Lights via Groupon. It took them seven weeks to deliver.
On arrival the lights were not as described and I contacted LED Light Zone by e mail to return per distance selling regulations, no reply. I telephoned and phone goes to voice mail "voice mail box is full". I have sent several e mails and phone calls = no response.
I e mailed Groupon, "you need to contact our partner". My contract is with Groupon, you are responsible for your partner.
I have raised a dispute with my credit card provider.
I just heard these guys may have gone out of business0
