Anyone waiting for their lights! Do not get too excited. Mine arrived and do not work, they are extremely poor quality and not as described or advertised in the deal by Groupon. I cannot get any response from the Company and look forward to Groupons response on how I get my refund. I feel quite disappointed that I have trusted Groupon and purchased a deal which is not as described and advertised.0

Thanks Groupon Representative, for your input on the Forum, I have made contact and have been promised a Refund. Feel alot better that I hopefully will receive a refund and Groupon honour and value their customers! Will buy again from Groupon now !0

As with most of the comments on here regarding this company my lights still haven't arrived after 2 months!
I decided to do a search on this company and its' directors, I was shocked;
This company advertises on Groupon, takes your money and does not supply goods. If you call them you will receive a recorded message. They will not return your call.
If you send an email you will receive an answer, you will be informed that their supplier has let them down, (stock answer to buy time?). You will receive your goods in 4 weeks time, they will give a date to make it look convincing.
I cannot find any company details or details of the directors of Led Lights Zone.
However, the company that owns Led Lights Zone has 2 directors, Maxwell Bagnall and William Jay Bagnall their company, 'Advanced Polymer Limited', is registered at this address;
51 Basford Road, Old Basford, Nottingham, East Midland, NG60JG, United Kingdom.
VAT No. 938419785. This company has not submitted accounts to Companies House (as of 4/4/2012), there is a 'Strike off Action' issued to this company, London Gazette, Section 652, GAZ1
This could be because they are late with their accounts? Or they could be going 'POP'? If they owe you money you can apply to suspend strike off. This could buy you time to recover your losses.
I would advise all to look up on a search engine 'Company Director Check, Mr Maxwell Bagnall' Director no.912102500
Ask yourself would you have used any of his companies had you have known this?
Well I certainly will not order from this company again. Don't be deceived by their website.0 -
If 2sharp4u can find out this info then why can't Groupon? It seems they make no effort to vet their client companies. Even after they are aware of the problems I and others have had, Groupon continue to advertise deals for LED Lights Zone.
