aaaaaaaarghhhhhh......... bought download from andica....one of the ones on hmrc web site.everything went well until final bit of download then started rolling back and status bar went backwards.....cant get in touch with them...what can i do....everything is worked out and individual ones done and tax paid so its just a case of getting hmrc the partnership figures...:mad:

    I used Andica, but luckily had no problem with it, do you mean you don't have the contact details for them if you do they are tel no 0870 7661515 and email [EMAIL="info@andica.com"]info@andica.com[/EMAIL], if you mean you can't get through sorry I don't know, I did have to email to get an activation code, it took a couple of hours to get a reply.

    had no reply to e mail and tel no is permenantely engaged(even at1 o clock at night and 7 in the morning)now i will get a fine!!!!

    Oh dear I think they will be busy very now, its frustrating isn't it, all ready just can't submit. I wonder if you would have grounds to appeal against the fine when it comes explaining what happened, its probably worth a try.

    still no luck.......no read receipts for e mail or ringing tone on phone...i amnow looking to go elsewhere and demand a refund(cant understand hmrc having it on their website) i am not the only one either ,seems to be common with this company:mad:

  • I am in the same boat, I am in two minds now, whether to ride it out or just buy some other software and demand a refund.

    BUT most of all I am livid with HMRC for introducing such a complex system by the backdoor. I got thier E login ages ago and all appeared fine. I shouldn't need to discover the need for software to submit it should be in large print when I login!!!

    Litterally just now I have had an activation code from the company and I am up and running!!!

    Talk about running close to the wire.

    I had nothing......so purchased ftax..Quick,easy to use when got started and great on line support(even at 2am) all done for another year thank god....:rolleyes:

    Have sent e mail to Andica for refund...will wait and see...wonder if i can claim it back next year!!!!!:rotfl:
