It's just to let you know I'm thinking about you & hope you managed to get to the refuge . If you did I wish you all the luck in the world and hope you are getting the help you need.


If you changed your mind as many of us have don't be embarrassed to post again .( been there, done that & wore the T shirt so many times it faded )

We all know it takes a lot of courage and even with the best will in the world sometimes your just so overwhelmed with the situation you accept it for what it is in the hope that it won't happen again .


Whatever decision you have made please post back if you can .

As you can see there are a lot of people here who genuinely care .
