Update
I have it been 3 weeks since I have been paid and I have still not received a paysilp for October pay and I am getting paid again at the end of the month so I will be waiting for November Paysilp as well.
My manager does not care that she is in breach of my statutory rights and said that I have to wait for a paysilp and has no idea when I will get one.
I have decided to try and stick out the job to Christmas and I will immediately raise a written grievance over the paysilps when I leave. According to Acas I have three months to do this after I leave my job.
probably should have waited until you left before writing your grievance letters then you wouldn't have been suspended before Christmas. Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama
