The job is PAYE and is permanent the contract said that you are paid on the last working day of the month into the bank. If there are changes in pay it will be on your itemised pay statement but I have been told that you do not get paysilps but can request them and they do not know when they will give them to you.
Does the itemised pay statement show your gross pay, NI, Tax etc?If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -
are they online - i do not get printed ones now, I access them online and print them off when I need to though that is a pain when asked for one as many do not accept such as proof of earnings .....so they have to get letter off employer insteadI am responsible me, myself and I alone I am not the keeper others thoughts and words.0

Is it the case that the words I have highlighted are what the "contract" says?
Other posters are assuming that the itemised pay statement is actually being issued to you and is the payslip.0 -

sorry it seems an itemised pay statement is a payslip so if the staff are telling you there are no payslips and no P60's maybe they have this wrong?0

The exact wording is any changes in your salary will be notified in writing (on your itemised pay statement). My manager said that it is company policy not to give paysilps.0 -
