    like I have been saying

    Nobody has said you haven't.

However as I have pointed out, employer may still not be able to use it.

    747L M1 tax code

An M1 code would not normally have been used if this was your first employment in the new tax year.

What have you been doing since April? Did you receive JSA?

Sorry I did work for agency one day and they paid me and sent my p45. I was not on JSA.

It will all come down to exact figures in the end. You may have a small underpayment but I don't imagine it will be too much as you have worked very little so far. At month 7 of the tax year you are entitled to £1868.75 in tax free allowances so far.

As soon as you get your P45 I would ask your employer if they can still accept it. If they cannot accept it, you should contact HMRC so you can get off that M1 code onto a proper cumulative tax code.

it wouldn't be a huge issue if you earned the same every month and could have a good guess what the NI/tax would be and see that this makes the difference between the gross amount and amount in bank.

but how on earth will you track if you get paid the right bonus/commission?
