Hello Buffy, just dropped by to say hello. I was wondering how you are feeling today ?? A little better, I hope x'Forget injuries, never forget kindnesses' - Confucious0

Sounds like you aren't feeling too well Buffy...there's not much I can add, other than add to the hugs and echo the calls to head for the GP (it sounds like you have that sorted).
Is there a little treat you could give yourself? A favourite DVD you could watch, or a favourite meal to cook? xx0 -

I know you are sensible enough to do this, but do tell your GP how many days a month on average your life is disrupted due to feeling ill. It can get the point across better than listing symptoms.
I can't quite believe I have just said that. I am the absolute worst at only going to the GP when things have really got out of hand. I am trying to mend my ways though after meeting a 75 year old at a spa earlier this year who glowed with good health and was much fitter than me. She attributed her good health to nipping any health problems in the bud. I think of her now when I am putting things off.
I know that like so many on here I'm just a lurker most of the time, but we really do care about you. Even though I wouldn't know you if I passed you on the street!
Hope you make some progress xMortgage, draw down Sept 2014: £222,000

Buffy I am really worried about you. Please list all the things you want to say to the dr, so that you don't forget anything.
I think you are exhausted, you never stop worrying about work, are stressed. All of these will make periods worse, and your migraines too if they are stress related.
I have mentioned before that there are preventative medicines for migraines. Please ask your dr about them! I have also heard that the coil can be good for sorting out periods....
Really hope that you can get something sorted. There is no way you can do a stressful job AND be so unwell...
Are you SURE that you can't start looking for something else to do, ANYTHING ie not even a related field?
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Hi Buffy
Sounds what you need to me. Rest when you're tired and potter when you've the energy ... and try not to expect too much of yourself, take this time to heal.
