am watching Something for the Weekend I Love that show! I love Louise, so there, in my hungover state I will admit that!

Good for you, that sounds fun! I have never watched that show, what's it about? x0 -
I was ok yesterday and managed to get a fair bit done was quite pleased. However couldn't sleep for worrying about work.
Irony: You phone in sick having had a headache all last week and essentially needing to catch up with the the work you haven't done due to being ill. However your body has a FANTASTIC sense of humour and decides instead to cripple you with period pains.
I will be fine. And in hindsight its a good job I didn't go in but you know highly annoying.
and ironic.
In between rocking in the corner I will get stuff done.
I just going to moan alot!!

I too hate the monthly train ride to hell. You have my sympathies, I get really bad pains too.
I swear by Ibuprofen, if you can take it - it stops your body making the prostaglandins, which are the nasty chemicals which make your uterus contract (cramp).

Northern Lassy prescribes wicked strength whiskey hot toddies and an enormous bar of chocolate ((works every time for me)) Poor Buffy, take care xxx'Forget injuries, never forget kindnesses' - Confucious0

you know that saying if you do what you have always done you will get what you always have?
well re period pains I do normally hit the chocolate and sit on the sofa but I am going to try some exercise instead. not really sure it is going to work. but at least I can say all those people who say you need to exericse more I have tried.
I feel very bad about going to work tomorrow. Very bad. Cannot wait till Wednesday.
feel like crying. I have no idea what has changed. Work has been crap for years - for most of the people I know there! this last few weeks tho. I just feel like I have had enough. I literally cannot do it any more.

Aw Buffy - wish could find you a solution. Have a (hug) and a mug of hot choc in the meantime though :coffee:.
Actually I might have one potentially useful suggestion - ok if I pm you?
