feel so depressed and not sure why. I am going through the motions, up dressed, just underneath it all I am so sad. So sorry you are feeling so low. It obviously hasn't occurred to you that the ongoing prolonged stress of your job, could easily trigger a bout of depression. Try and see your GP asap.
Plus considering how much you suffer with TOTM, perhaps maybe you are also anaemic as well?
I had a good weekend and have been to the gym. Did you do lots of these?:j:j:j:j:j
valentines day was hard. I honestly can't tell you what it is. Just feel crappy. missing the ex (yes still the same one!) just remember that it will get better, stay firm.
worried about work. not really in the mood for anything. but it is no one event or situation. just generalised stress in all areas of your life. Most of us who have stressful jobs, or stressful family situations, or stressfull health situations, can get away from the stress, either by going to work, coming home etc. But you are stressed from the moment you go to work until you hit your bed again. Why do you think this WOULDN'T affect you?
I was going with it and hoping it would go away but I can't seem to snap out of it. Another indicator that a GP's visit could be necessary.
Thanks for posting etc and sorry I am not around much.

Your tiredness, and sadness comes through in this post. This has to be probably the flattest 'tone' I have heard from you mate in a post.
Don't let it get to a crisis point. A friend of mine drove herself too hard in her job, and ended up with ME. She never really got over it. Had to give up her job etc....
gentle hugs
