hello folks,

sorry I have been away from diaryland, we had an awful time at work and I have had a rough time personally so not really got much to say! we had Ofsted and I thought I would break down entirely and last week I had the heads ob and this week it is the deputy heads turn!

so in short life is really really !!!!.

hence the lack of posting! just no time or energy

so yeah, am alive am surviving. thanks for posting

Just popping in.

feel so depressed and not sure why. I am going through the motions, up dressed, just underneath it all I am so sad.

I had a good weekend and have been to the gym. valentines day was hard. I honestly can't tell you what it is. Just feel crappy. missing the ex (yes still the same one!) worried about work. not really in the mood for anything. but it is no one event or situation.

I was going with it and hoping it would go away but I can't seem to snap out of it.

Thanks for posting etc and sorry I am not around much.
