Ive been eating chocolate morning noon & night :eek:
I've just had the last chocolate with a bottle of Bank's Bitter! It's all about balance - one in each hand!
Have to defuzz tomorrow night and then its swimming Thursday lunchtime and a run on Friday. Will be getting back on the 200 sit up programme today.

Headache has gone, done nothign all day, well went shopping and had a successful trip. oh and got petrol. Exciting day at Buffy Castle I tell you!!
