I wonder how they pay the window cleaner! ;)

I believe its the ghost of George Formby who does their windows. He'll probably spill the beans ('scuse the pun) in some song.
  • So you're friends with benefits? (I'm really sorry, I couldn't help myself).

Do you plan to stay with this person?
damn beat me to it !:rotfl:

That's a good point. Questions are only asked when you sign on, not when you sign off.

Their only too glad to get you off the register.

Actually, that is not true. My friend who was on IS was asked why she wanted to withdraw the claim, they wouldn't just take her word.

So it's when we had sex and not started a relationship that counts ? Will we be able to claim his benefit for the days we don't have sex ?
:rotfl:No, and the rent isn't tax deductable on the days you do.

O/P, I suggest you write to the secretary of state, Iain Duncan Smith, David Cameron, Lord Frued and the DWP, and ask all of them for advice on if you can claim benefit for days you do not have sex with your lodger.

Let us know what each one replies.
[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.
    [/greenhighlight][redtitle]
The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that
[/redtitle](house of lords debate, talking about Cameron)

Not sure why people are finding this funny, are tax payers banned from having sex with people on benefit ?

    .

Not yet, but they should be.

I believe this is a wind-up, because the idea of shagging a welfare beneficiary is sick and too kinky, even for me.

Nobody really does it, do they?
