Those little windows that appear when the cursor is hovering annoy me, they appear when you don't want them and don't stay on long enough when you do want them, the question is, do we really need them. ??

Bloody hell I agree with elvis...
I want the last 500 posts just like before and the cursor can be removed as it is neither here nor there.
Otherwise evrything is okThe best work is the cheapest as the quality remains long after the price is forgotten0 -
Thanks Martin for realising how frustrating it can be for some people.
And thanks to pennymakespounds for resurrecting the issue.0 -

IMHO This one is best http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=60544 Could be easily hacked to become a new page and the limits changed.0 -
I never used it to be honest, but I'm sure it's easily done depending on the database structure. All you need to do is modify the script to view all posts by a specific user by removing the WHERE clause in the SQL that selects that user, and adding a limit for the number of posts.
Alternatively, you could change the 'New Posts' script to view the the actual posts instead of the thread titles.
I'd like to offer a more certain answer but I've never used vB.0 -
Every post is numbered0

loafer posted 2 or 3 very "techie" posts on how this could be achieved on vbulletin ... wonder whether MSE guys could comment on whether anything can be done.
After reading 95% of all posts for a year or so .. the fact that this is the first time i've come on the site in a week seems to confirm that i do struggle to use the site with this facility !!!!!!!!!!!!..
..and i do miss it so much !!0
