Collect Plus shops don't exist

If you have a labelled parcel ready to send, you can drop it off at ANY shop offering Collect+ services.

I'll still stand by hermes being more reliable than collectplus tho, and you can leave it in a safe place so I find more convenient than collectplus

I've used Collect+ a lot over the last few weeks and found them amazing. I'm getting next day delivery for £4.99 for 2kg parcels. I've got a choice of two shops and they're really helpful

I need to be able to drop my parcels off, I don't have a safe place so it looks like Collect plus is as far into courier land as I can currently go.

As soon as I get back from my holidays I will find heavy things to list

Thanks. Will ring them and chase up on Monday if not open. Have sent them another email as I was promised delivery would be made on 27/10/2011

termina8or - that tracking looks as if they have made two delivery attempts and it has been waiting at the depot for the someone to phone them to rearrange delivery. Contact collect + straight away as after a week or so it is likely to be returned to you.

May be two delivery attempts were made on the same day (not sure if any card or so were left - recipients are retired folks so should be on at most times). When I enquired earlier this week collectplus assured me that delivery would be made 27/10/2011 and yet this has not happened.

I phoned their central office to enquire today and was told they would request delivery on Monday though could not assure me it will be delivered on Mon. Will see what happens.....
