Good morning everyone, hope all is well.
Had a hectic start to the day, DP has gone to the funeral which I am pleased about but he had a right flap before he went, suit, car etc all not ready but he's gone now. Sons appointment was cancelled just before we set off so he's now gone to school. Must crack on with the housework as had a late start to the day. Best dash. Hope everyone has a good day.One day I might be more organised...........

Good morning everyone
It's a cold, windy morning in County Antrim.
I took my partner and mother out for lunch on Sat as a belated birthday celebration for my mother. We went to the Knockagh Lodge, about 3 miles outside Carrickfergus on the back road for any NI MSErs who are reading this.
We all had an excellent meal
It's busy in work this morning. This afternoon I will have to watch some poker and football programs that I have recorded on DVD. They are starting to mount up and we are running out of discs on which to record. It's a dirty job and someone has to do it.
Hope everyone has a good day0 -
I've finally given up waiting for everyone to eat the christmas chocolate. It's now all boxed up and is going in our bedroom until people start getting chocolate withdrawal.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Morning Everyone:hello:
I bent down this morning to pick up washing basket and my back went!:o
oh my GOD! is that a sign of getting old or what???:rotfl:
I would have preferred to have done it doing a keep fit video - but picking up washing basket - how embarrassing!:rotfl:
Yesterday went and got some yellow pansies to brighten up the winter baskets out the front and some bright primulas for the tubs out the back for some colour in the bleak garden!
DH washed the front crazy paving down with Jeyes Patio Cleaner - in an attempt to clear off some of the "green".
Cleared out some clothes that dont fit and generally tidied up the wardrobes.
Made Blacksaturns Malt Loaf, a bread pudding for mum, and kids made their usual fairy cakes - they love putting on the sprinkles and also using the icing pens!:D

Have three machine loads of washing on the line and the dishwasher is whirring away.
Might do sausage and mash for tea tonight and soak some dried peas for soup tomorrow.
Hugs to everyone feeling poorly especially snowy owl.
Loved the line about surfing meaning your fingers are toned! lol;)"This site is addictive!"

Hello everyone
Greetings from sunny Derbyshire, I am slowly getting myself sorted after working at a hostel untill 22.00 last night. I am glad it is rather nice out there since I need to go out soon to post our Amazon orders, hurrah more money in the bank:j .
Luckily I am getting paid this Thursday, my bank account is so empty at the moment that it is best to avoid the cash machine... Wishing everyone a nice day, must dash now to the post office.SSB0 -
