What Button did you click?! Cant seem to find the right one!
Go to my account
My options
Scroll down to the bottom and click more info
There should be a cancel membership button there and a drop down box with some options to explain why you are cancelling but I can't see this now as I have cancelled, when you have done this your account will say status cancelled and you should also get a cancellation email.

I was recently given a box of very expensive Godiva chocolates but I much preferred the Hotel Chocolate box, I loved the tasting batons I thought the chocolate was very smooth and each baton had a distinct flavour, I even enjoyed the dark chocolate which I wouldn't usually eat.
I cancelled the membership and I had no problem just a click of a button and I got an immediate cancellation email so I am very happy with the overall service and product and I will definately buy again so thank you OP for sharing!
I agree!! My chocs have arrived and for £1.95 the look very impressive! I cancelled the membership without any fuss or bother using the links provided here and got a very speedy, polite response confirming cancellation. My mum also ordered some and had exactly the same service as me.
For £1.95 this is an excellent offer so thanks OP for sharing!

Same here.
I emailed them yesterday telling them that it's been 3 weeks and still nothing and guess what.....? No reply.
Am totally p!ssed off with them now. I'll wait until tomorrow and if they still haven't replied, then I'll send them a snotty email telling them to close my account and refund my dosh asap.
Might sound a bit harsh, but I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole again0 -
Cancelled my membership on the site and got email, i am tucking into them now and they are making me say mmmm, they are good, but checking the prices and dont think i could justify £25 worth of chocolates, even if it is every 3 months, because the box sure wouldnt last that long. But they do have a shop where i work and they have chocs on sale sometimes, so will deffo venture there for some of my favorites.
Somebody above said she e-mailed and they were sending another box, so hope you all get yours.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

I ordered two lots of the £1.95 boxes, one in my dad's name and one in my husband's. Immediately after ordering I changed the frequency to 12 weeks. The despatch date was showing as 1 Nov, cards were charged £1.95 and the chocs arrived on 2 Nov. On 8 Nov I sent emails from each account requesting cancellation, with a confirmation in reply shortly afterwards. No problems at all and one very happy girls' night in with good chocolate to complement our Sauv Blanc!0

Does anyone feel guilty getting these at £1.95. I know it is a great deal but the business would be losing money at this and I don't want to see any business go bust. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
