I've just opened my box and eaten 2 and they are delicious! SO much nicer than thorntons in my opinion. Thank you OP. Possibly the best chocs Ive ever had. x:A Shoppaholic Spendaholic Student :A0

For those still waiting I had a knock on my my door a few days ago from a neighbour with my chocs. The envelope window was not in line with the address printed on the letter. I live at #26 and mine had been delivered to #6 - just a thought if your neighbours have a smile on their faces

I joined the club got my chocs within a few days, quidco did not track so I raised a claim and then had to cancel within the trial so I did not get more chocs, quidco turned me down be warned.0

I think I'm being dumb here but I've read through the last few pages of the thread and I can't work out what is happening.
I've clicked through on the £6.95 Tasting Club link in the first post and submitted my details. I've got an "thanks for ordering" e-mail but I've not had to submit any payment. When do I pay?0 -
My chocs were apparently dispatched 26 October - finally arrived today. I hadn't actually bothered to report them as missing yet, so it is obviously the original lot (I'd moved the dispatches to 12 weeks immediately that I ordered).
I'm altogether unimpressed with this lot - not least because ordinarily I'd have reported the parcel missing after this length of time. I wouldn't accept the lowliest ebay seller lying about the date they dispatched a parcel so I certainly expect better from a company this size.
I have to stick to a low fat diet so chocolate is an occasional treat for me. The tasting baton I've tried so far isn't all it's cracked up to be, if I'm honest. Not worth the money or the fat intake, I'd rather save both for something better.
And the spammy phone calls - I don't know if anyone else has been getting at least one call a day from them like I am? Not happy - the one time I answered they were told not to bother me again, yet still they call. No way I'm giving my hard-earned cash to such a shoddy outfit.
The stories I've read here of the sneaky and underhanded behaviour regarding the T&Cs etc are the icing on the cake. It's a pity, I may not be able to eat chocs myself but I like to live vicariously through others by buying extravagant edibles for loved ones at every opportunity!
Cancellation email duly sent...I think I'm being dumb here but I've read through the last few pages of the thread and I can't work out what is happening.

I'm pretty sure they usually operate by invoicing you on delivery?0 -

I have found the service and quality really fantastic

They did have your permission. When you signed up for the deal, you were signing up for the automatic shipment of chocs as part of membership in the club -- they haven't done anything illegal in that regard. It was up to you to cancel membership if you didn't want more chocs, and up to you to change the membership frequency if you wanted more time to pass before you had to cancel while you waited for the first delivery.
Read through the thread early on, as the company has refunded money to people in similar cases, though those people may have used more honey than vinegar in their contact with the company and that may make all the difference.0 -
is anyone still waiting? I'm getting really a bit annoyed with it, I keep getting told different dates and different prices! I have to say I expected more of Hotel Chocolat 8(0

Quidco NEVER paid out on this for me and it was my first and only trial. It was declined. Just a heads up!0
