I didn't get any Quidco either, but cancelled no problems and was only charged the £1.95. The chocolates were lovely too, I had the ones with alcohol in *hic* :rotfl:

I signed up to receive the ones that weren't due for delivery until the end of november. Money was taken out of my account 3 days ago, but when I log in online it says despatch isn't estimated until 3rd december.

I did rather well out of this in the end. First lot never showed up so e-mailed and another box dispatched. A week or so later, chocs arrived- delicious (wouldn't pay full price though). A few days after, cancelled account on line, a few days after that, another intro selection arrived through the door. Only ever charged the original £1.95 and elected to have the spare box of chocolates on my conscience where it is sitting quite well waiting for Christmas!

I signed up the day this was posted (21/10/11) and order the standard no alcohol chocs, the elements box i think it is . I think it's the lack of communication thats really bugged me, everytime i log into the account it seems to say a different date for dispatch. I know for £1.95 some may say i don't have much room to complian but they debited my money ages ago, never contacted me unless i've prompted first and for whats essentially a trial I would of expected much more of HC 8\

I signed up the same day and ordered the Element's selection (no alcohol) there was a delay but they kept me informed of the delivery date on my account online and sent me a letter. I received my chocolates today and the money was only taken a couple of days ago when they were dispatched. If I was you and you don't receive them in a couple of days I would contact them again as a lot of deliveries seem to have gone missing.

I just went into my account online and clicked a link to manage my membership. The option to cancel was there and you had to pick a reason. I picked the bad service.
