Anyone else still waiting for the Elements box? Mine was supposed to have been dispatched on the 28th of November and they said if it doesn't come by 12th decembr at the latest then to contact them. It's now 12th december and still no chocolates. Have emailed them about this but really not impressed. I get that it's christmas season so loads of orders and backlog of stuff at royal mail, but 2 weeks gone and past and nothing?

Has anyone received their chocolates more than 2 weeks past dispatch date?

I got mine last Wed, ordered on 10/11 so yours wont be much longer, post is slower atm too

Still waiting for mine ordered 26 October. Just phoned and advised they were sent on 9 December and to allow 10 working days as some are despatched from Switzerland. His system doesn't say where chocs are sent from. Having just checked on my account it says last despatch date is 16/12/11! Customer Services confused by this too.

That is the date they will be sent (or that they intended to send them; sounds like yours actually went out sooner). It's just a matter of poor phrasing on the site; they shouldn't be using past tense. My order was the same way, saying they had been "despatched" with a date that was a couple weeks in the future! And sure enough, they came a few days after that date.

Got the offer last time it was on - Recieved the chocolates, then cancelled my subscription and a few months later my Quidco cashback got declined

Just discovered my bank account has been debited £9.95 instead of £6.95 as per offer. Spoke to Customer Services who said there had never been a web offer for £6.95 but finally agreed to refund £3 as I was adamant the original offer was £6.95. I was also told the reason my introductory chocolates had only just been sent was because I had changed the mailing frequency to 12 weeks! So my fault then! With all the hassle so far I'm not holding out much hope for the cashback to become payable but fingers crossed...

Ordered mine on the 6th - arrived today. Cashback hasn't tracked though and don't think it will now :-(

I wish I'd used the £9.99 offer the cashback link led to as it would have stood a better chance of tracking. Oh well.
