Yes, I did.
My account says 1st delivery dispatched 1st Nov, next delivery due to be dispatched 25th January.

I was also going to keep this subscription going, but now... Not a chance. I really wish I hadn't have bothered now.

I sent them an e-mail asking why it was showing on my account that i'd been charged £6.95! This is the reply I received from them:

"Thank you for your email. Please accept our apologies for any confusion caused. Looking at your account on our system I can confirm that, although the full price of £6.95 is shown in your online account, you have only been charged £1.95 for the selection and it will be this price that shows on your statement"

Received my box today, the classic collection, dispatch was for 1st nov and i had changed the next delivery to 12 weeks when i placed the order.

The chocolates are nice, despite some bad reviews, i was expecting the worst, but i have tried the tasting batons that came with it and the first 3 i like, had a try of the st lucia, at first it was o.k but then got a really funny tast or maybe i just dont appreciate dark choccies, i doubt my friend will see this particular treat at crimbo lol.

Will see how much the next box cost and maybe if the price is right, get one in 12 weeks, we shall see, everyone deserves a treat now and then.

ordered ours on 21 oct, was charged on card about the 28th but still no chocs. i have used them in the past with no probs, perhaps they were overwhelmed with all the MSE'ers taking up the intro offer? if mine do eventually show up, i will cancel. otherwise they owe me 1.95!

Think most people have been using the 'Contact Us' option on the website and sending an email saying they wished to cancel. Ask for a reply confirming that they have cancelled!

That's a good idea! A Schwartz chilli mix I've bought before contains chocolate, so would be good to make my own and add the other dark baton


I quite liked the other chocolates out of the main box I tried. I was going to leave them for Christmas, but in the end, curiosity got the better of me :cool:

well i did email them saying i hadn't had my chocs despite the money being taken 2wks ago, they replied stating the must have gone missing in the post and they will send some replacements out. Only time will tell.
