    If I click on the link which says 'cancelling membership' it just gives the phone number. Yikes

    I'll have to have another look around the site, but I'm sure I'm going round in circles.

    Just select "make changes to my membership", and write the email. I asked for confirmation.

    If you ordered the non alcohol ones (Elements) they have no stock of these until December. I couldn't be bothered waiting, so cancelled. They have the classic one in stock but when I asked them to confirm the price, they said £6.95 instead of £1.95 so gave up.

    Just rec'd this from them after I emailed to complain about being berated on the phone and accused of ticking a box on the website that I hadn't! She blatantly thinks I'm a right jobsworth about the screenshot! Thank you so much for the screenshot, whoever put it up :A x

    well my payment for 1.95 was taken nearly 2wks ago now and i have had no chocs, has anyone else had payments taken and recieved nothing for this long? I wonder if they are making some losses back by taking money and never sending anything?

    Have you contacted them to tell them they've not arrived? Are they the non alcoholic ones that have been delayed according to their website?
    You can do this on the link posted a few posts ago.

    Can vouch for them being a proper above board company and all that having used them in the past and also a family member has used them for a good 5 years at least :)
    Trying very hard to be frugal and OS - just plodding on and doing my best!

    I ordered on 21st Oct, money taken 25th Oct.
    Account says dispatched 1st Nov - still no chocolates.

    I'm giving up Friday, too.
    My order confirmation email stated that they would be delivered in 10 days, that was sent on 21st Oct!

    Mine arrived today so I've just cancelled via the contact us link. I don't think I'd buy from them again anyway, due to the reports of !!!!!y CS staff. That makes me so cross!
