    I said as per t's & c's when I joined i wished to cancel as the chocs weren't to my taste (as per the terms & cond agreed when I registered - I understand I am under no obligation to receive further selections at the price of £18.95. I will make up my own mind when I have sampled the introductory selection and will let you know if I don't wish to continue) x
  • I used the email link last night to cancel my husbands account, and got the email conformation same as above this morning.

    It was also my Husbands account I was cancelling, it's a relief though I was going to have problems with them x

  • Got mine in the post just now. Won't be opening them yet as got some chocolates for my birthday I keep scoffing already (Thornton's) and am supposed to be on a diet. May keep them for Christmas in the end.

    Can anyone kindly post the email link to I can email them to cancel as I really want to do it now before I forget and end up enrolled in a monthly subscription I don't want.

    Still no chocs for me... :(
    Account still says dispatched 1st Nov.
    Think I will wait until the end of the week and just cancel anyway, which is a shame as I have pre-ordered the Christmas selection as a treat and was intending on keeping the subscription as long as they didn't taste minging :D
    Now I'm thinking at this rate, the Christmas Selection will probably arrive in February.

    Postman delivered my £1.95 selection today (Classic with red lid - There was a section where I had to chose which one I wanted when i placed order). My account was debited with £1.95 on 27th October. Despatch under my account on their website showed 1st November. Received today on 8th November. Have already tried the small box that came with the Classic collection, very nice but wouldn't be worth £19 a box, as prefer Galaxy, would have been OK if I'd have got charged £6.95 though i also took screenshots of the £1.95 offer incase I had to fight. Will hopefully find the link to cancel my membership now, though I had already changed it from 4 weeks (next box was due out 30 Nov to 8 weeks). Also noticed at time of placing order through TCB that £7.95 tracked. Assuming that won't get confirmed though. Would have been REALLY fab to have been effectively paid to eat a big box of chocs.

    I ordered the Tasting club (with free choccy batons) for £9.95 and hope for the £7.95 rebate via topcashback.

    I get a confirmation from Hotel chocolat saying it will arrive in 10 days.
    Today I look at hotel chocolat, and there is no sign of my order anywhere. All my details are there (it was a brand new account) there is no past order history.
    Also, I get an email from Topcashback asking if everything went okay they dont think I completed my purchase.

    Now im confused.. how can my order from HC be gone? and what with all the kerfuffle you lots have been having im almost loath to follow it up.
    Ive filled a "missing cashback ticket" on topcashback.. but, it seems hotel chocolat have removed my order.

    There does seem to be a difference on the orders through hotel Chocolat and its Tasting Club. I've found it confusing and not easy to navigate around the sites. If I'm on the Hotel Chocolat website itself and check previous orders....I don't have any. However if I follow the link for Tasting Club from the Hotel Chocolat home page (bottom of page i think), and sign in there (same sign in details gives access to both) and click on my account. At the bottom of one of the account pages does show my Taste Club choccies information
