i'm getting annoyed with ours too its states still a dispatch and due date of 28/10/11 but still not received. Order placed 21/10/11

I got mine today. I ordered weeks ago and thought they had forgotten about me!

I've tried a few of the chocolates and is it me, or is there a real difference in quality between these and the Hotel Chocolat chocs? I've had Hotel Chocolat many times and always loved them, but these seem more not so nice. Plastic tasting in a way? Either way £1.95 for a big box of chocs is great - although as I'm not keen I'm thinking of making little boxes and turning them into christmas tree treats!

I'm still waiting for the Elements (non alcoholic ones). The white chocolate rhubarb truffles are the best chocolates I've ever tasted, and I've tasted way too many.:D:o

My chocs came yesterday. I've escalated a claim with Quidco and they say I'm entitled to the cashback, so I'm waiting for a bit to cancel .
Tried a couple of the chocs last night and have to say I wasn't very impressed. Was really surprised at how many were alcoholic too - I knew some would be, but there must be about 70% of them containing booze which was a big surprise and not much use if you are sharing with the whole family!

I had e mail saying mine was despatched on 26th Oct but still no sign of them. Pretty cheesed off to say the least.

Do you think they base the next delivery on the despatch date of the first one? Would be a way for them to sneak the second box to people before they're expecting it (which I bet would be smack on time!)

As let's face it, unless they're lost in the post then they obviously haven't been despatched, as mine came in the normal post through the letterbox.

emailed asking them to cancel, they cancelled no problem but also cancelled the introduction offer which has said dispatched

i got a cancellation confirmation email this morning. haven't tried the main box yet, but the darkest baton was gross :rotfl:

Completely agree! I ended up not eating all of mine. A complete waste of chocolate. :rotfl:

I'd probably think twice about paying £2 for these. £19 is just a complete and utter joke, who would pay that? For that kind of money you expect a lot of imagination and flair, not just 'trying to please everyone' with some bland sugarry chocolates. I'd have been able to pick out more satisfying chocolates gram for gram, from Poundland. Easily.

Loads of people will forget to cancel, and get stung for £19. NINETEEN POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!! for some chocs!!!!!!!?????
