If messedup has no assets such as a house, would bankruptcy be an option for her? It would save her a lot of stress.

  • I certainly dont gamble anymore I am receving help for this. If I go to ccs I will get bad credit rating. And I am responsible to pay all these back,as it is my moral. I got my overdrafts clicking on on line banking they have cost me all my other debt as I kept using it. tsb have responsible lender slashed all over their site....I know it was me who did it but surely you dong get that size of overdraft online. I was ill when I did it...doesnt excuse it.

You say your emotions are under check. But I am not sure of that when you call yourself evil.

You had a very tough time you lost a child. I suspect you felt the compensation was blood money. That is what triggered the depression.

As has already been said it is baby steps. One foot in front of the other. Your health and life is worth more than the money you owe.

You have let no one down you have nothing to be ashamed.

I think you need to talk to someone out side of the family about your feelings caused by your daugthers death.

Also does your partner know the full extent of what you owe. If not then please talk to them.

Do keep us informed of what happens. People are always here to lend an ear and help you along the way.

I hope you get a good nights sleep. Take care.

    Yours

    Calley

I think that all the good vibes and wishes have already been sent your way, but have mine too.

It just goes to show how incredibly insensitive these banks are. That none of them will help you. Makes my blood boil

But I agree with Southernscouser that phoning CCCS or Payplan on Monday may be the best way forward. They will help you with your creditor, but most importantly for you at the moment, they will take away some of the stress your finances are causing you.

I really hope that they help you out. We will too. There are always [STRIKE]MSE addicts[/STRIKE] I mean insomniacs here to help you at all hours, so don't feel you have to wait to the morning to post.

Does your partner know the full extent of the debt?

best of luck and huge sympathies
