I got my offer letter on August 14th. Still no payout 74 days later. And no help at all from the ppi customer service department despite several calls and false promises from their side. A joke from start to finish

    great article!
Lloyds are profiting by delaying payment to their customers. I need my payment so that I can clear my Lloyds overdraft and card which is still charging me 19% and 27% respectively. The longer it takes them to pay me, the more it's costing me  . It's not really fair is it.

    Hi

I am on the same boat as most of you. Put my initial claim in beginning of May and had my cal letter dated 16th Sept stating 21 days for cheque. I'm still waiting! I refuse to call them as I don't have the time or the money to spend on a premium number so I've emailed the CEO, Andrea Barry and after a week of nothing I've now sent them another email stating that I'm reporting them to the financial ombusman and closing down all my accounts with them. I am disgusted with the way they have treated me. I cannot believe how badly they have treated all of us! It's completely shocking
How long does it take to write a cheque?????? And why oh why are they sending cheques out??? Surely it would be so much easier to transfer the funds directly into peoples accounts??? I have lost all faith in them so after 17 years I'm looking at banking with someone else? If anyone knows of a decent bank please let me know! :rotfl:
(Sorry needed to get that rant out of my system!)

Good luck everyone hope we all get our money back soon!:j
