I claimed at the beginning of May,,got acceptance letter with figures on 5th July.
£841.66 interest-Paid into HSBC account on 6/7/2011.
£3,299.14 still outstanding as of today.
Have rung again for the upteen time only to be told the same again as last week.No response at all from Andrea Barry.
Bet if i owed them one payment i would have at least a few phonecalls or letters.0 -
Just to let you know that I phoned up last week as loan was calculated with interest up to the 13th October and still no cheque. When I asked if they will add the extra interest on they said no they will not be doing this to anyone's account and I was quite cross. They said if I don't hear anything for a month then I need to call back again......0

I have had the same problem, received 4 of my 5 payments, have sent 3 emails to them since 15/10/11 (2 regarding my payment and another regarding my SAR) and not had a response to any of them despite them being sent to the CEO, Ian hallett (ppi director) and customer.
Spoke to the FOS about this and they said that Lloyds TSB should pay within a reasonable timescale but there was no set time limit but if I was to take my complaint to them about this then it could be 6 months for this to be investigated, my guess is Lloyds know this and know most won't take it further for fear of delaying payment further.0 -
Hi guys.
My complaint was first registered on the 13 of may.
After many phone calls to the company and twice having been told my claim had been rejected I recieaved the acceptance letter on the 31st of aug. then many phone calls later and lots of lies from the complaints department I had my calculation on the 18th of oct. this whole process has been rubbish from the start, everytime u ring you get someone who just lies to u just to keep u quiet. Now at the min I've been told another 8 weeks from today to ring back, but I will be paid straight to my account no cheques to write so why 8 weeks surely there is something we can do and as Ive told them many times the hard work Is done, I don't care about there backlog it's there fault in the first place. Why are they aloud to get away with it. May send them a letter whichs states that everyday they are over drawn with me there is a daily charge of 6 pound and an extra thirty pound every third day just because I feel like it and see how they like it.0 -
Calculations letter 03.08.11 interest to 31.08.11
Half of it paid 17.10.11
Just Waiting on the final 2.7k. Just hope it doesn't take another 2 months. They didn't add any extra interest on either, actress waiting so long.:(0 -

Hi, it seems to be a different story depending on who you speak to at Lloyds. They said to me I could have mine re-calculated but it would mean having to go to the back of the payment queue. I said I didn't want any more delays ( I have waited over 6 weeks already) but I'll issue a new complaint for the additional interest. In the meantime I'm trying to be patient but is's really hard, especially when I see my current statement and they are charging 19.3% interest on my overdraft!! (which would be cleared if they paid me)0 -
Recieved upheld letter 30th of August.
Calculations letter the 8th of September.
Waiting for payment.0 -
Had email this morning from Andrea Barry saying refund was concluded. Funds were sent to my ACCOUNT on Friday 21st October, should be there end of this week. Checked today and its there!!!
Premiums and interest from 2 finished loans and interest from existing loan.
Premiums from existing loan had been sent to Loan Centre who would restructure it and then those premiums would also go into bank by end of the week.
Andrea is the person to keep emailing.
Complaints team really dont know what theyre saying, they told me yesterday because I only got my calcs letter on September 16th it would be at least another 6 weeks.
Dont bother ringing them, email CEO and Andrea as much as you can.0 -
Milkyshake - What is Andrea's mail address also what did you put in your email to her? I also received by calcs letter dated 16th Sept but still no cheque.

Hello,
im a very frustrated and angry customer who wants their money back!!!!
Im appalled at the way the PPI fiasco is being dealt with, so appalled that ive had a meeting with my local MP in .......... He was disgusted by the way Lloyds are treating their customers, when in fact the customers own most of the bank!!! Ive been waiting 28 days for my payment, but I know at lot of people have been waiting longer than me, they have been fed one excuse after another, backlogs, machine failure, delays, system breakdown, but now it has become so bad, that I felt I must do something. I have a meeting with my local newspaper editor on Tuesday( The Journal) and also my local MP is also going to raise the issue in the 'House of Commons' on Thursday. So expect some fallout from that!!!! I would appreciate you looking into my claim, as I have a few other debts I would like to clear with my PPI fefund, and I would like to do this asap. Why should we have to wait for OUR money!!!!!!
My claim ref is .............
One further point is that most other banks are paying out within the 21 day deadline which leaves Lloyds trailing behind, not good for customer relations is it!!!!0
