  • Received BACS payment 091111 with Compensation Interest only. Also letter apologising for delay and extending interest to 281111. No sign of rest of payment and no definite timescale. Don't know what Lloyds latest gameplan is (if they have one) but if all monies not in & loan restructured by 281111, I'll "let 'em 'ave it".

Offer letter received - dated 21st September
Interest calculated to - 20th October

Called / emailed lots, got nowhere. My case is in with Andrea's dept. MP contacted. FSA / FOS advice sought.
Emails not being responded to, no real information offered from calls.

No money at all from Lloyds, 47? working days waited - lots of stress, at end of teather.

From reading all the posts one thing is for sure they are able to get all the letters out to people, but the cash is a real issue nobody knows when it will arrive it will be a cheque its going into the bank 7 to 10 days 21 working days 28 working days ring any bells.

    Claim upheld letter 22 August

When I telephoned on 18 October I was told calculations had been sent 20 September NOT RECEIVED

Received duplicate calculations 27 October dated 20 October interest calculated until 13 October.

Today 5 November still no cheque!! or anything else e-mailed phoned etc nothing.

I am still waiting despite being told I was being paid on 16 November, Phoned on Friday 25 November to be told they do not know where my payment is and Paul Mearcot (Manager) promised to phone me today and did not so I phoned them and spoke to another manager Marcus who was so rude and unhelpful saying that they could not do anything and would have to wait!!! What the hell does he think I have been doing since 22 August!!:mad:

Newbie due to delays and frustration. Hopefully these dates may help
Upheld letter dated 25/09/11, initial payment calculated to the 13/10/2011. No payment received as yet.

Nine calls made to PPI line since 07/11/2011, last time I asked to speak to a manager. More information given to me, but still no time scales given for payment.
Advised by the manager that this was an "average" case. None of my PPI claims were against active loans so this should be a simple procedure. They are also under the impression I have received some sort of payment!

What a mess. Once this is sorted I will be voting with my feet and move my account elsewhere after 25 years. Many thanks Lloyds for a stress free Christmas!

Happy Christmas to everyone else!!! Ho Ho Ho

Payment received at last. 23/12/11. Good luck to everyone that has yet to be satisfied.
