Blue skies and fluffy white clouds here too :D

Mind you, I need some of the white stuff to stop me going to the SMs and stocking up with yet more food that we don't need! I need to be using my stocks as the larder is groaning :D

Wow, congratulations FTM :D and to the RL person who's stalking you and being an arris > Naff off, you must be a real saddo to need to cyberstalk somebody. Is your life really that empty?
I have managed to get 3 presents so far today on Amazon's black Friday deals. I have the laptop open on the floor in front of my knitting and keep checking to see what's the next thing. I'm scribbling away on my list as I go so I will not overspend but still need to be very careful and remember to put a cheque from the savings account over to the current account to cover what's been spent :)

Morning everyone, I had the yellow ball for a bit, but it's gone now...shame as I wanted to take the dogs out. Hope it's not going to rain, it looks likely.

Spent this morning making fruit cakes for Xmas for us, and I've had one 'ordered' too that I'll get paid for. It's an new recipe with no sugar added, smells divine, but seems to have cooked in a lot less time than stated, maybe cos' of the fan oven? I'll give it another 15 mins and then take it out. Made tons of washing up though  I also have a mice pie recipe that I want to try out for Xmas...an almond pastry and a toasted marzipan star on top instead of a pastry cover.

First thing this morning guy came to fill the oil tank up - so hopefully that will tide us over the worst of the winter. DD's BF adaptations to the heat sink radiator for the Rayburn has been a great sucess...I only have to turn it up a little and it warms up the bathroom and my bedroom nicely.

I've got to pop into town at some point to pick up my new reading glasses...and might check out the health food shop to see what Dairy free stuff they have that I might be able to put in a pressie for DD - I saw some choccies yesterday, but couldn't bring myself to spent £16 on a box of a dozen or so chocolates!

Hey Kate, where do you get your mice from??????:rotfl::rotfl:

OOhh the postman just arrived and got barked at, I had to open the door, as he couldn't get my mail through. A massive free sample of dog food from Bakers, and two dental chews! The doggies got very excited as they don't get a lot of post, and have already ironed out the chews. I don't even remember asking for samples, but gratefully received - there are some money off vouchers too.

    Congrats to you FTM too...
