I prosecuted a case a couple of years ago where there was payment outside prison and supply inside....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

He wasn't caught that way, that was found when his place was searched.
An astonishingly large percentage of serious crimes are detected when the guilty person brings himself to the attention of the police for something minor.
