pen drives aren't a good place for backups, a tub of blank dvd's would be better, whatever you choose leave the originals on the c: drive.

does the camera work on that site linked to by TT

the logo on the drive says dvdrw?

    dvd+r

    or

    dvd-r

are better/cheaper, if you buy a spindle of 25 or more, they should be £5 or less and can be bought from amazon etc with free delivery

use imgburn to write the data

    yes they should be ok

but don't cut and paste, either copy, or preferably use imgburn - you may not have burning software installed anyway, so imgburn is the easiest choice

what I am trying to say is leave the originals on the c drive, because if you don't and the burn fails you could lose them.
