yes i did it again and downloaded firefox 7.0.1
and when it asked me to save it i did to the desktop
do i need to do anything else ?

It's not clear what your problem is, so I suggested downloading and running another browser (firefox or opera), installing it, run it, and test the printing from that instead of IE.

If it works in firefox, then something is wrong with IE.

If it doesn't work in firefox, then the problem is elsewhere.

so you need to install firefox that you downloaded, and try the tesco site.

opened firefox and got on tesco but when i went to download the vouchers it asked me what i wanted to open the file with ? there was IE but not firefox ????
