Help has my computer had it ?

ok - i hit to print my clubcard vouchers and it said "file download" it then went to the bottom of the computer lit upwith an e saying "file download"
i clicked both the "save file" and the "open this file" and it doesnt open at all ???
is this described any better ?
the printer is just new and it is fine.........

it was from the tesco website i clicked where it says "print my vouchers" cos i had some on there that had to be used up....you know the ones they send you through the post "clubcard vouchers"
but it wont let me download them to print them

then on the box behind it says "file download"
getting file information and the wee world shape as if its downlaoding but it doesnt move (like for hours)

do i just download the link on firefox ? will everything else work fine with firefox ?

trying to find out if it's a browser problem, or something else, so see what happens first.

its doing reimage and it says wireless manager and skype has crashed ocasionally......lol ! the bl**dy skype again....... lol !
it also says download on another screen where it says "fixs every error, every crash and every freeze" do i download there as well ?

downloaded Firefox and saved it to my desktop.....hope this is correct

losing me again. reimage, fix every error?? don't download anything else other than firefox and try it
