I guess it's just me left to receive the £200. I'll make sure I turn off the lights before I leave

My switching date was the 16th. November and I am still waiting.

I have queried it with the switching team and have been told that I should receive it by the end on the month but it could even be into April.

The inability of the Co-Op to confirm when people will receive their payments is mybiggest issue, although I think the ability to pay-in at my local post office is a big plus.

I don't know when my switching date was but sometime in January. And I paid £800 on 20/01, £800 on 20/02 and £800 on 20/03.

Anyone know how long I am still to wait for the £200 to be transferred into my account?

It should be by 20th April, judging by other comments.

Yes, I wrote to Jon Bowen, Head of Customer Service, who originaly welcomed me as a customer. The letter should have been received on the 21st. March. As of todays post no reply yet.

Oh well, it's nearly the end of the month so have to just wait and see for the moment.

My switch date was 6th December, so I need to wait until 6th April before chasing up.
