I guess it's just me left to receive the £200. I'll make sure I turn off the lights before I leave :beer:C'mon you Canaries!!0

My switching date was the 16th. November and I am still waiting.
I have queried it with the switching team and have been told that I should receive it by the end on the month but it could even be into April.0 -

I don't know when my switching date was but sometime in January. And I paid £800 on 20/01, £800 on 20/02 and £800 on 20/03.
Anyone know how long I am still to wait for the £200 to be transferred into my account?0 -

Yes, I wrote to Jon Bowen, Head of Customer Service, who originaly welcomed me as a customer. The letter should have been received on the 21st. March. As of todays post no reply yet.
Oh well, it's nearly the end of the month so have to just wait and see for the moment.0 -
