I also tried in vain to request the full T&Cs of the offer, so if they try to pull out I'll have a good old whinge.

Why don't they send you the T&Cs? I was thinking of asking for that and send a complaint letter:mad:

Got mine yesterday, switching date 9th December. I was expecting to have to chase it - had already put that on my to-do list. O me of little faith.

I switched a Lloyds Vantage account with only 2 standing orders (no DDs) and I had the £200 with no problems. I had kept the original T&Cs in case of problems but when I received the money I unfortunately deleted them.

Does anyone has the original advert?

I rang the customer services as I haven't been paid yet (switch date 15th Nov)
    The chap said
    1) I didn't have DD set in (I had only 2 Standing Orders)
    2) I should have switched my "main" account

But AFAIK, this wasn't the case in the advert.
He has given me the address to send the complaint in writing.

The account I switched wasn't my main account, but I still got my £200. Hope you get it sorted soon.

    1) When i set the account up, I asked for them, only to be told she didn't have a copy but they'd be online.

    2) I called the switching team who said they weren't online but they'd request them to be posted

I then received a copy of the bank account T&Cs, not the offer's.

    3) I repeated step 2, only to have the same result.

    4) gave up, since I've tried a reasonable amount of times and feel this would be enough to back me up if anything goes wrong.

I'm still (patiently) waiting for my £200, but I've just received the £125 joining incentive from First Direct, 1 day after completing my switch

Yes many years ago I got £100 for switching to the Alliance & Leicester, which I received in the first month.
The CO-OP Bank seem to be the slowest at everything. Get your finger out!

Still waiting 25th of Octomber 2011

As Doc N said to you earlier in this thread, you may have a problem with the gap in excess of a month between two of your payments in Dec and Jan.

You also have not as far as I can see, given the date in the letter you should have had re your transfer completion date, without that it is difficult for anyone to advise you properly.

So maybe calm down, supply the relevant date, see what advice you get, and then ring the Co-op, rather than seemingly expect them to act on just posts on this forum?

    Hi All,

Is there anyone around who's switching date was in december who has/hasn't received their bonus yet?

I've just checked and my switching date was 12th December with money over £1000 then being paid on the 22nd of each month, but i'm yet to receive mine and was just wondering if everyone else was the same?

    Thanks
