Is everyone still here??? Not washed or blown away??? What a night that was...or at least it was in my corner of Scotland
I have been a busy bee already this morning. Checked bank account, no sign of the £300 yet
Not that I am really expecting it so soon but I can live in hope
Made a small over payment to Freemans :j who are next on my hit list. I hope it hits my account before they add the interest as I'll save a whole 50p if it does
Have checked my paypal account and bought another two little parcels for the girls and still have money in the account.
There are 6 things finishing on ebay today with bids on 4 of them (2 of which are actually doing very well) so hopefully, if everyone pays promptly I'll have even more tomorrow. :j Last night I sat and listed another pile of stuff and now have 31 things listed.........who knew I had so much junk erm.......quality goods lying around the house. I am now running out of things to sell though but I don't care ........ebay got me through Christmas. (sounds like the title of a film......can I be Cameron Diaz???)
I bought some things from Debenhams through Quidco yesterday so I will have to add that to my running total of how much actual cash Christmas has cost so far but I know for a certain fact it won't be anywhere near what it has been in the past and I am actually decreasing my debt (overpayment to F/Mans) instead of increasing it
Girls are on holiday from school so I have promised to take them into town later to see the Christmas lights and have a look around the shops. I shouldn't have to spend much as all I have to really buy now is little bits for them and they'll be with me so I can't (does that make sense?) but it'll be nice just spending some mummy/girlie time together
Today I actually feel like it's all coming together..........watch this space........I betcha it doesn't last

Mornin' Freeby
Get you sounding all sorted and on track - brilliant (and my first smile, albeit a bleary who-brought-in-the-morning-so-soon-after-I-went-to-sleep one, is dedicated to you).
And isn't it fab to have literally turned your life around to the point where this Christmas you are actively reducing the very debts you'd normally be increasing this time of year. You did that - take a moment, smile smugly, and feel free to pat yourself on the back and have a celebratory chocolate...you're wonderful.

OMG a house without chocolate is like a pub with no beer

No chocolate??
I had that problem once. Now I have rations, emergency rations, contingency rations for when the emergency rations run out, a chocolate advent calendar and space on the credit card should the world fall apart.
Want a counter?0 -
I have several selection boxes hidden away upstairs which are calling.........."Freeby, ohhhhhh Freeby, I'm here...."
so I'm going out!
Maybe the pesky things will have given up by the time I get back (with a legitimate supply)
Thanks for the offer but one??????? Honestly some people are so miserable with their chocolate :rotfl:
*stomps off mumbling about how one counter wouldn't feed a fly*Free by FiftyDebt of the Moment -August NSD Challenge 14/150 -
