Current account - unfortunately!
You can write to them and start a claim but prepare for it to be put on hold. Please read the update article for details:

have just been charged £50 for an unpaid s/o by Cahoot they have taken the maximum of 5 days to pay cash into my account and yet yesterday I paid cash in and it was credited straight away anyone know where I stand on this they are awful and apparently because I complained before (they lost my money and I went o/d) they refunded the charge and they only refund once a year!
I read somewhere that if you are in financila hardship (which I am) then they have to sort it out - anyone help please0 -
I wrote to Cahoot requesting refund of my bank charges and have heard nothing. I have read through some threads but not sure what to do now? Do I have to wait till after the court case to take them to court or what?0

You need to read Martin's article from here...

Hi there, hope you can help me - I've got some charges on my current account with cahoot that i'm waiting to try to reclaim due to the court case. I've also got a few on my flexible loan (that I have now transferred to a different bank when the APR went sky high!!). Can I try to reclaim them now or should I also wait until after the court case for the loan charges as well? Thanks!0

Hi Holley
Have you heard from Cahoot yet? I emailed my complaint and i got a reply 2 days later stating that i would get copies of all of my credit card charges sent to me (no cost!!) but they stated some act that meant they had up to 40 days to supply me with this imfo. I've about a week left so will keep you informed. If you heard from them did they supply you with what you requested??0 -
Just had a mail from Cahoot who want to charge me £30 for going overdrawn for 1 day only by £2.31.
Ok, It's my fault I'm overdrawn and I expect some kind of penalty, but £30!!!!
That's almost 13 times the overdrawn amount.
It's not even as if ther wrote me a letter on paper and sent it through post!
I'm a systems anaylst in the City so I know how much it costs banks when people go overdrawn like this and it's pennies at the very most.
This is just profiteering!
Anyone else had similar experiences like this!0 -
Many many many experiences like this, with the same Bank too. I know exactly what you mean, and I just hope to God the test case proves this. In the case of Cahoot, its all done online, and everything is system generated, so I doubt there are any costs to bear for them.Barclaycard - £1251 reclaimed

...with a feather.
I wrote to Cahoot about the charge last night & they have replied this morning stating that the impeding charge has been removed.
That's a first!
Have they suddenly discovered a sense of reality!!!!
( Ok - probably not )0
