Hiya
Does anyone know what I should put in my cahoot secure message to ask for a list of all charges. Can I just ask them to send this to me or should I use a specific wording?
Thanks

Some people have used Secure Messaging for different banks.
Personally I would prefer to send a letter, but the main thing is you make it clear that you're making a request under the Data Protection Act for a list of your charges.0 -

Thank you. I've decided to go for the letter too. Putting it in the post today0 -
bexterwho, can you keep me updated on how you do with cahoot... I'm currently deciding whether to go ahead with trying to claim back from cahoot too.
thanks x0 -
will do. I haven't entirely decided what I'm going to do yet, but once I've got the statements from them I'll see how much is on there and then make a decision. I think its in the region of £600. Its on a credit card account and I've just opened a new cc and balance transferred it all over to the new one.0

I would personally use letters. That way there is little dispute they arrived when sent recorded delivery.0 -
Your probably best to send Cahoot a letter when querying for all your charges.
However, I use secure messages the seldom times I get charged, and they're quite responsive and give me back my charge as a "goodwill gesture" until this latest knockback I've received :-( Its £30 so I'm probably just going to leave it, although I'm tempted to query why the charge is so high???0 -
I used Instant Messaging for First Direct, it was ok for the initial stages but First Direct opted to change the process to written mail themselves.0
