Gas and Elec you can change as you are in credit. That is not an issue. You can get one with smaller payments.
iphone - I would just sit that out and as soon as you are out of contract change to PAYG or a smaller package. My husband was with orange on PAYG and spent about £10 a month.0 -

Just another thought Doorstep Horror, your home will need to be revalued, make sure that you get your own estimates and don't accept what he tells you.My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead

Soa I did no line but didnt post it will get on to it soon.
It does not matter so please do not worry about this.
He will not be able to remortgage without your signature agreeing to it. If he does then he will have committed fraud and the judge will not look on that very well when it comes to court.
These are very early days, he has been confronted and is making out like he has everything in hand for a swift and easy exit. He hasn't and he will not be able to. Until that letter comes it is all going to be words right now.
Let him get on with it and just bide your time, your solicitor will get things moving when you see him. Remember, house sales do not happen overnight. On Monday, take your passport and a bill in case you need it for signing the Legal Aid forms, you do not want to be wasting time going back and forth with paperwork.0 -

Sounds like the money comes from his account. This is why it needs changing.0 -

Spot on analysis and I completely agree.
He wants you to think he can do that, but he can't, it is NOT his money.
One other thing to remember is that, however he found his fetish floozy, if a website was involved then he has possibly been paying a small fortune in premium rate calls/cam sessions. Think £1 a minute minimum (based on a very quick look around the internet).
This guy sounds like he has access to a lot more cash than you have realised. Don't let him manipulate you financially Hun.My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead
