Do the council still give those voucher things for decorating when you move in?

Moving about an hour away (just look through other posts for whole story)
Do the council still give those B&Q vouchers for paint and stuff when you move in. I know they did 3 years ago, when me and my dad first moved into this property but I don't know now :S

It would depend on what each Council's policy is. In my previous authority we used to issue vouchers, but in my current one we issue a decorating pack where tenants are given a choice of colours etc.0

Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should

Yhe they still do them but theyve moved on a bit, they now come on a top-up card and not voucher format.0
