Just send them an email through the contacts page on the website when you log in.

hi everyone what letter do you write aking for your money back please can you help thanks
  • I am trying to get £100 back from Choice For You who are under the Littlewoods Shop Direct umbrella. They didnt reply to my first letter within 14 days so I sent LBA they have replied just saying they will contact me again once my complaint has been investigated but have not given me a timescale.

Shall I just proceed now with MCOL? Has anyone else been successful in getting money back from these?

Any ideas? Also the address I have written to for statements and first 2 letters has been in Bolton to Littlewoods Shop Direct Group but the reply has come from Shop Direct financial Services in Bootle which is who must deal with complaints! So which address should I use for MCOL?

I am led to believe it is possible to reclaim late payment charges for catalogues, and we can use the same templates that are provided for bank charges and just change the wording.

If we no longer have the statements, do we just right to the catalogues and ask them for a copy of all late payment charges, and do we have to pay a fee for this?

Has anyone else done this and had success?

    Thanks

    Hiya!

Yes you can do this. Just use the templates that were used for banks and alter the wording.

Just ask for statements as normal.

Some companies will charge and some won't - think it just depends what mood they are in :)
  • This is my first post, hope iim in the right place!!!

We are currently claiming my husbands bank charges, and from browsing these boards have discovered I can claim back catalogue charges. Trouble is the accounts (littlewoods and next) are now closed and I dont have the account details.

Does anybody know where to write to get my account statements so i can start the process.

    Fingers crossed
