I think it probably has zero nutritional value. How did it go?

I'm starving so I think the diet is going well!

You poor thing Dinah, sounds nasty :(
I will weigh in when I find a boots or similar - I bought some cheesecake from the staff shop (My new favourite place, can get fancy Waitrose stuff for 50p!) on Friday to take to a friends and forgot it, so having to eat it all my myself lol, not a great start!

Glad things are going well with your dads chemo Tete - I will find you on Pinterest later.

Great news about your job flower, think how much time you can spend with Noah :)

Impressed you avoided the rain Wendz, it's making me miserable. I had to go back to my hotel at lunch to change shoes.

Hope your OH feels better soon Cinny, it's great he's spoken up - I know boys sometimes hate going to doctors etc, so good for him.

Ooh how exciting when you can go car shopping Birdie, what do you fancy?

Anyone watching the football? I am just I can make office chit chat...

Englands failure to beat the frogs will be the subject of much office ridicule on my part tomorrow. Chance to finally make steps toward peace and the three lions couldn't handle it ;)
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

It was not a failure as England did not get beat which is what everyone thought was going to happen. All England need to do is batter Ukraine by a country mile and hope for a minor miracle against the Swedes. Oh and hope the French have a disaster against the Swedes as they will batter Ukraine into next week.

OK I have just seen the Ukraine result! What happened there. The form book has gone right out the window. In that case, Swedes had better smash France while we get another draw and smash Ukraine! Something serious wrong with the world tonight!

Loving the depressed looks all areound the place this morning. LOTS of very depressed footie fans. I'm on the train this morning with the bike to go to the hospital with on the way back.

    How's everyone else doing?

Can't believe you've been AWOL for so long Tete! Sort it out! ;) Glad to hear that your Dad's tumor is shrinking, must be a massive relief! :)

Forgot to weigh in yesterday but did it this morning and I'm 160lbs  This is not good! :o

Not sure what car we're after Archers, something that doesn't rattle ideally! :) We're after something kind of Focus-sized, but we haven't really looked around yet as OH doesn't want to look until we can actually buy. :)

As for the football last night, OH was off work so we had to have it on for him to watch... but I was messing around on the laptop so didn't pay attention! :o We're off to a friend's on Friday to watch the game but I'll be gossiping with the girls in the corner whilst the boys shout at the TV :p
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

So happy for you and your Dad, Tete. Must be a massive weight off :) Back on twitter now so I'll be able to keep up with you again!

Thanks for all the well wishes to my OH :) He's so much better at the moment, but I know as soon as Thursday's come and gone and work is looming again he'll slump back. He's got 2 interviews lined up for this week so far so I'm just hoping for something. The one from last week seems so promising, just keeping everything crossed.

Good luck to everyone on the diet challenge! I'll just cheer from the sidelines on this one. I've settled at 143lb, I could argue 4lb to see myself the other side of 10st but I mostly can't be bothered :D

Super exciting about car shopping, Birdie! Although all I'd be bothered about is the colour :p do you have a dream car in mind? I was dying in Rhodes because there were so many 90's Fiat Uno's kicking about. I think they're my spirit animal.

But 50p Waitrose food?! Can I come work with you, Archer? :A

Dinah hope the scan went okay

Cinny hope your OH feels a bit better soon

I'll declare my weight at 144lbs (doesn't sound real if I put it in lbs instead of stones ;) ) I need to lose at least the 4lbs probably a bit more tbh. Are we starting straight away?
    Goals for February
    Declutter 2/50
